Welcome to the official REVEN website (the "Site"). REVEN is an independently produced dramatic series created by Ivan Mbakop. By accessing this Site, watching content, signing up for updates, or making a Founding Supporter contribution, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Who We Are

REVEN is an independently produced television series created, directed, and starred in by Ivan. This Site is operated by Ivan and his production team for the purpose of building an audience, accepting Founding Supporter contributions, and distributing information about the series and the Epysodes streaming platform.

2. Founding Supporter Contributions

This Site offers tiered Founding Supporter contributions to help fund the independent production of REVEN. By contributing, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Contributions are not donations and are not tax-deductible. They are pre-sale supporter commitments made in exchange for the benefits described at your chosen tier.

Tier benefits are as follows: Founding Supporters ($5) receive early access and a credit in the series. Executive Supporters ($20) receive all Founding Supporter benefits plus exclusive behind-the-scenes updates and a personal thank-you video from Ivan. Producers ($1,000+) receive prominent credit at the front of every episode and are acknowledged as production partners.

All contributions are made voluntarily in support of an independent creative project. While every effort will be made to deliver the described benefits, production timelines may shift due to creative, technical, or financial circumstances.

All contributions are final. Due to the nature of independent production funding, we are unable to offer refunds once a contribution has been processed, except where required by applicable law.

REVEN is not a crowdfunding platform registered under securities law. No equity, ownership, royalties, or financial returns are offered or implied by any tier of contribution.

3. Email Sign-Up and Communications

By submitting your email address on this Site, you consent to receive updates about REVEN, including production news, episode release announcements, and information about the Epysodes platform. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email. We will not sell or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. The Epysodes Platform

REVEN is intended to air exclusively on Epysodes, an independent streaming platform currently in development. Early access to Epysodes will be provided to Founding Supporters and Executive Supporters upon launch. The platform's launch timeline is subject to change. By contributing as a Founding Supporter, you acknowledge that Epysodes is not yet live and that access will be granted when the platform is ready.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including the REVEN title, trailer, synopsis, imagery, written copy, character concepts, story materials, and branding — is the intellectual property of Ivan and his production company. Nothing on this Site grants you a license to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of this material without express written permission.

6. Trailer and Preview Content

The REVEN trailer and any preview clips made available on this Site are for promotional purposes only. They may not be downloaded, copied, re-uploaded, or distributed without written permission. Unauthorized use of trailer content, including on social media platforms, may constitute copyright infringement.

7. User Conduct

By using this Site you agree not to engage in any conduct that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or harmful to others. You agree not to attempt to access, interfere with, or disrupt the Site or its infrastructure. Any conduct that undermines the integrity of the REVEN community or production effort may result in removal from mailing lists or supporter programs.

8. Third-Party Payment Processing

Contributions are processed through a third-party payment provider. By completing a transaction, you also agree to the terms of service of that payment provider. We do not store your full credit card or payment details. Any disputes related to payment processing should be directed to your payment provider.

9. Disclaimer

This Site and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of any information on this Site or the uninterrupted availability of the Site. REVEN is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with any major studio or network unless explicitly stated.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ivan and the REVEN production team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or your participation as a Founding Supporter. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you contributed through this Site.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms with an updated date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Ivan is domiciled, without regard to conflict of law principles.
